Voucher Purchase

• Vouchers can be bought online or offline during check-in at the resort.
• Prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and exclude taxes. Applicable taxes will be added during the payment process.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed.

Voucher Usage

• The voucher is valid only for the New Year's Eve Dinner event on December 31, 2025, at the designated hotel restaurant.
• Each voucher is valid for one-time use and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• No physical voucher is required for check-in. Guests need only provide their name and room number or present the digital voucher at the event entrance.

Reservation & Seating

• Reservation is recommended due to limited seating availability.
• Seating is allocated on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Early arrival is advised to secure preferred seating.

Event Cancellation or Changes

• If the organizer cancels the event, voucher holders are entitled to a full refund or a voucher for a similar future event.
• Any changes to the event schedule or venue will be communicated to guests via the contact details provided during the purchase process.

Additional Policies

• Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be resold without the organizer's prior written permission.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who violates event rules or misbehaves.

Privacy Policy

• Personal data collected during the purchase process will be used solely for event-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Force Majeure

• The organizer is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations).

Agreement
